Tolcarne Beach Newquay storm damage

In a previous blog post I shared my pictures of the Newquay Storm as it hit, as well as the damage the storm had created in Newquay the following morning with these pictures of the storm damage at Towan beach. Now my blog will visit different beaches up the Cornish coast where there was also considerable damage created by mother nature.

My next stop is Tolcarne beach which actually faired pretty well. The beach fronted bar and restaurant area are all safe and still standing. Sadly the beach huts did get a bit of a beating. There's several broken doors but it looked like most people leave their huts empty so not much damage thankfully.

A bit of repair work will be needed by a carpenter but thankfully not to much damage has been done at Tolcarne beach in Newquay.
