Beef wellington

I've been cooking again and this time it's savory. Here's my first attempt at mince beef and apple Wellington with a dash of horseradish. And I'm pleased to say it went down very well and have plenty left for another night.

Very impressed with my pleated puff pastry, although i can't claim that i made that part of the meal.
